The RCN Demonstrating Value masterclass is designed for health and social care staff leading service transformation and improvement. In challenging financial times, it is important to demonstrate the value of services and make well-informed decisions about their sustainability, development and transformation. This one-day masterclass, which welcomes participants from all roles, grades and levels across health and social care, focuses on enabling strategic and operational decision making based on the best available evidence through the application of the principles of economic assessment in practice. It will provide a broad understanding of principles of economic assessment; and how they inform service transformation and improvement.
